A few months ago Audrain Auto Museum, located in the historic Newport RI, placed a sign asking a simple question, "What's Super about Supercars." A truly innocuous question, yet ultimately relevant. In fact, today we throw around supercar like it's ultimately interchangeable. So at what point do we say, wait a second, what makes that car so super. The display they currently have shows the most extreme examples of supercars, but it's a great example of what fits the bill (for the most part). Cars with top speed production records, limited productions, even multiple vehicles some would consider priceless.
